Instructions: This screen is for players that ACCEPT their invitation to the 2008 Regional High Performance Training Camp in Orlando.  Please be sure you review the Regional High Performance information (HERE) before you accept.  When you SUBMIT your information below you are also indicating that you are available to participate (if chosen) in the 2008 USA Volleyball National High Performance Tournament in Tucson, AZ between Jul 21-27.  You are also agreeing to comply with all Regional High Performance rules and guidelines for the duration of your participation in our program.

Once you SUBMIT your information below you will be redirected to a payment screen with information on how to remit your $150 training camp fee. 

IMPORTANT NOTE...ACCEPTANCE is a 3 step process:

Step 2 - Complete the Player Size Information form below.

Step 3 - Remit the $150 Training Camp fee.

All 3 of these steps must be completed by 5pm on May 21, 2008 for you to secure your position at the Regional HP Training Camp!  On 5/22/08 alternates will be contacted to fill any spot not accepted by the deadline!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Players are responsible to bring the following items to the Training Camp: shoes, socks, spandex (black or navy only), knee pads, Regional HP tryout t-shirt, club warm-ups, backpack/gym bag, water bottle, medical release form (notarized) and any prescribed medications.  Additional Training Camp t-shirts will be provided once you arrive.
