USAV Florida Region -How to Host a Florida Region Adult Tournament
- One month prior to event contact Adult Coordinator of event and submit Sanction forms and fees to Region Office.
- Upon Adult Coordinator approval tournament added to Florida Region tournament schedule and web site.
- Thursday before your event contact Region Office to verify membership status of teams and players playing your event.
- Collect USAV membership fees and forms prior to teams playing your event. Provide team captain a receipt for all membership fees collected.
- Submit tournament results, membership fees, and forms to Region Office the Thursday following your event. Include in your tournament report any injuries, property damage, or violations of USAV or Florida Region rules.
